Yay! That’s awesome, girl! Congrats to you for doing so great! I hear the cutting back/quitting Coke or Pepsi is a hard thing. We don’t drink pop in our house, so I wouldn’t know. This said, my parents and brothers are addicted to the stuff! I mean seriously addicted! They HAVE TO have their Coke/Pepsi fix every day!

Definitely not, I find I have failed or got discouraged when I have focused on that. I tend to lose more inches than pounds as well. :)

I find that the more focused I am on the scale the more times I fail. I rather focus on fitting in my clothes that I know didn’t fit and how I feel. I broke that chain long ago. :)
