I work in the health care field and I love my job, yet at times it can be temporarily stressful. Particularly when you deal with patients with mental illnesses where they can become violent, verbally aggressive and non-compliant. Dealing with family as well can be taxing. While it can be stressful at work, when I go home, I leave it at work. I am able to separate the two because bringing it home would make it really bad. I mean there are bad days and there are good days as in anything. The way I get through all of this is by using these subconscious mind power techniques.
I know there are people that can’t separate it and that have had problems dealing with stress.
Reading stories about people like me, their situations and how they’ve dealt with stress in their lives was refreshing and insightful. There are many useful techniques to be used in this book.
How do you handle stress?
Let me know, til then–cheers m’deres!
