Desserts You Can Make With 5 Ingredients or Less!

Being a parent is great, and you want your kids to love the meals you make. Still, there are times when I long for a recipe that is not so laborious because I’m tired. Sometimes, I just want to point my finger and see desserts magically appear. Of course, this is just a fantasy, but the following recipes only require five ingredients or less. This is pretty close to just pointing your finger and making desserts appear.

Amazing Choco-Delights

It takes a lot of energy to resist grabbing a chocolate bar when standing at the checkout lane. It breaks my heart to tell my children they cannot have one because of the ingredient list. Thankfully, I figured out a way to make a chocolate bar at home that we can eat without guilt.

You are going to need the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 a cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 a cup of cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons of raw honey but can be adjusted to taste
  • A pinch of sea salt

You will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Melt the coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Blend in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour everything into candy bar molds.
  4. Place them in the fridge until they harden.

Your kids are going to love them, and they didn’t take too long to make. Plus, chocolate offers a wealth of nutrients to your kids.

Sweet Bars

I love when I can make something that is sweet, nutritious, and full of energy. As a parent, I want my kids to enjoy these treats because it makes everyone happy, and these bars do just that. You are only going to need a few ingredients, and there is no need to bake anything! I know you’re sitting there in disbelief, but just take a leap a faith with me.

You are going to need the following ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 a cup of raisins or a similar dried fruit
  • 1/2 a cup of raw honey or your favorite maple syrup
  • 1/2 a cup of organic peanut butter

Make sure that your peanut butter is at room temperature so that you can stir it easily. Okay, now just follow the steps below:

  1. Blend the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Stir in the other ingredients.
  3. Spread the mix into a buttered pan or a pan with parchment paper. Press the mix until it looks even.
  4. Place the pan in the fridge for a few hours or until it hardens.

My kids loved these bars, but they were full of energy all day, so you have been warned. You can drizzle some fruit jam from your favorite health-conscious wholesale food suppliers to make things a little more interesting, or just enjoy them as they are.

Peanut Butter Bites

The last dessert is the only one that requires a little cooking, but it’s going to be worth it. You are going to be making peanut butter cookies that require the following ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of sucanat or coconut sugar
  • 1 cup of organic peanut butter

Follow the steps below to make these treats:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients well.
  3. Drop 1-inch balls onto a prepared sheet.
  4. Flatten each cookie with the back of a fork and bake.
  5. The cookies should be done in six to eight minutes, so keep a close eye on them.

All of these desserts are great, especially for parents who want to give their kids sweets they can trust. Best of all, these recipes are so simple. You are going to want to make these all the time, and no one can stop you.
