Fine Art Prints, Lacquer Frames, Posters–Oh My!
March was a very busy month, one of the highlights was the return of a bit of sunshine and warmer temperatures. We took a trip to one of our favorite cities in the world, Toronto. We made memories, took in the city and had a blast!
If you’ve been following along, you’ll see each memory that I captured and turned into art with Posterjack. There was my Thinking Girls that adorned my office and Gabby’s display of Freedom in my dining room.
I’m super excited to share the pictures I chose and the absolutely amazing Posterjack products that helped me bring them to life!
Re-Purposing an Old Favorite.
Gabby had a canvas print that she absolutely loves in her room. She loves the girliness of the flowers, the sparkles and the colors but, she has outgrown the ballerina stage. I decided that I would surprise her by getting a Fine Art Print of her best friend, Lincoln the French. He joined our family in December and this picture was snapped in March on one of our first Spring-like walks.
Make It Pop.
Your picture will be printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag. When the pro photographers choose a fine art paper to print their photos on, this is often their top choice and for good reason. It’s thick, durable and it is 100% cotton.
The acid-free fine art paper is great for printing the deepest of blacks and the most vibrant of colours. So whether your fave photo is a timeless black and white portrait or colourful HDR landscape, it will look amazing! You can bet that Gabby absolutely loved her new work of art.
Joining the Crew.
Well, as aforementioned, the picture that we took on one of our first Spring-like walks was my top pick this month. It just so happens to be one of my favorite shots of Lincoln since he joined our family. I thought that it would be more than appropriate to add him to my office.
Even though he is my assistant during the day, it’s nice to have him next to my girls. After all, he’s my fur boy. I chose the black Lacquer Frame and let me tell you, it looks amazing next to the gallery frames.
More About Lacquer Frames:
If you’re searching for high-end style, look no further. Italian designers have carefully created this high-gloss moulding to be at the pinnacle of modern design – simple, yet stunning. The Lacquer Frames are produced by experienced craftsman in the heart of Italy, and like a fine tailored suit, the metro-modern style has a presence to make your photos really pop. Just like the finish on a grand piano, the lacquer frames are super polished and ultra smooth. Lacquer Frames come in two classic colours; liquid black or dazzling white.
Satin Matte Poster.
Last but, definitely not least is a picture of my girls that I took when we stayed in The Grand Hotel in Toronto. It was a perfect moment when the sun was shining in through the windows and flooding the apartment. I asked the girls to stop and pose for a picture and the result is what I captured above. I added a white frame and hung it in my office. I have to say, my office is perfect now.
About Satin Matte Poster.:
Their super-smooth and perfectly weighted 250gsm photo paper is imported from Germany and is made by Felix Schoeller, the global leader in photo imaging and décor papers. Even better, the paper they use comes exclusively from PEFC-certified renewable forests. This superior paper, combined with our vibrant HP inks, means your posters and photo enlargements will not fade for 200 years.
