I think I have always struggled with my weight, growing up I was able to control it and maintain a healthy weight by staying active and playing sports and watching what I ate. I find that after having children, it was much easier to gain weight and so much more difficult to lose weight.
It all has to do with personal decisions, of course, since we are the only ones who control what goes in our mouths. But, I found that my body’s metabolism changed drastically and I was no longer able to eat certain foods since they affected my body in a different way than before I had kids and when I was a lot younger.
So, you can say that I’ve always looked for a program that would help me to eat healthfully and lose weight naturally and maintain my weight. After having my first little angel, I gained a lot of weight and by following Herbal Magic’s diet plan, I dropped all my baby weight in less than 6 months. I went from a size 12 to a size 3.

I think what helps you lose weight, firstly, is dedication and motivation to want to lose the weight. With my second little angel, I gained a lot of weight and also, I was diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolisms and it’s been hard to recover and find the dedication since. I am in the process of losing weight, not only to look better but to feel better and be healthy for my kids.

- Eliminate all processed foods.

- Limit your cheese.
- Don’t eat too late.
