What do your favorite tweets say about you?

Twitter is one great, social tool for bloggers, businesses, entrepreneurs, artists– and pretty much anyone who wants to connect with real people in real time.

Well, shameless plug aside– I have met some very wonderful ladies and gentlemen, many informative resources and have found so many like-minded people. I’ve met some of the most wonderful ladies outside of Twitter at conferences and even just to go shopping, lattes and dessert!

So, all in all, a lot of interesting tweoples.

Now, I don’t know if you’ve ever taken the time out–while you scope out a person’s profile, to check out a person’s favorite tweets. Boy, are they ever interesting most times.

We see a tweet and immediately feel impassioned to hit that little star because we can relate to it, agree with it, appreciate it or simply think it’s quite witty. Not much thought goes in it and then you move on to something else. But, you have now left a little footprint behind of yourself for all to see.

You can tell a lot about a person simply by reading the favorites on their profile. What have I discovered from these tweets?

For one, what people like, what people don’t like, other awesome and insightful people worth following, products they use, products they are against. Social issues that they support or oppose. Sometimes indirect words to undisclosed people.

A lot of info, really, pooled into a very small section on the world-wide Twitterverse.

I stopped to examine my own–and it’s kinda funny.

I thought, what do people think when they skim my 140 chars. bio and click on my favorites?

I’m going to be frank and honest and truly examine my favorite tweets. No matter how they may make me look. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

Hehe. Okay, perhaps I’m over-exaggerating.

A lot of them have to do with love, happiness and a large portion of them was about life lessons I have learned through my 27 years on this here planet. Sometimes, they are exactly how I feel about someone. Some of our people I admire. Others are kind words directed to me and that I appreciate. So, yes, you can really get a feel for who I am by reading my favorite tweets.

One of the best things about Twitter is the fact that someone out there, thought what I thought and put it into 140 characters, I came across it and all I had to do was retweet it.

 

Like, OMG, they tweeted e x a c t l y what I feel.

It’s deep.

Hehe.

 

So, what do your Twitter favorites say about you?

Having such a real-time, social media outlet such as Twitter, you often wonder how much of yourself you are putting out there. I mean, we all have really good days and then really bad ones. But, that’s the beauty of Twitter. It’s like a massive public texting medium. You get to see “texting” conversations happening between a wide network.

So, what does your bio say about you and what kind of picture do your favorite tweets paint to your wonderful tweoples? Yes, I can’t help but do the #PutTwiInFrontOfEveryWordImaginable (and occasionally use long hashtags) and I know that a lot of people find that remarkably annoying so, I apologize!

But, if you all know me, you know that I love Twitter! It’s twitterific!
