Cajun On Fire Boneless Bites
Delicious, crispy and savory boneless bites. Rubbed in Cajun, lightly breaded and tossed in a flavorful hot sauce. You can serve them plain as well.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- Chili Powder
- 1 egg
- 1 TBSP of olive oil
- Frank's Red Hot Sauce to taste.
- 2 bowls
- 1 Pyrex
Clean and chop chicken into large chunks.
Whisk egg in a bowl thoroughly.
Add all seasonings to individual taste and use tongs to toss chicken evenly.
Add egg and toss until egg covers all the chicken.
Add flour to Pyrex and place chicken chunks in the flour. Add salt, pepper and other seasonings you want to flour.
Do this in intervals.
Fold the flour over chicken and toss until fully covered.
Tap chicken to remove excess flour.
Place breaded chicken in the ActiFry tray.
Pour 1 TBSP of olive oil over the chicken.
Close lid, set the ActiFry for 30 minutes.
Stop in between and turn chicken bites.
Replace lid and start the ActiFry again.
Wait until chicken is golden brown.
Take a separate bowl, pour out about 1/2 cup of hot sauce.
Add spices to hot sauce, add chicken and toss until covered.
