Say Good-Bye to Your Mortgage Sooner with CIBC.

Say Good-Bye to Your Mortgage Sooner!

Buying your first home is sure to be one of those moments that you will remember forever. Not only is it memorable, it’s kind of a big deal. It’s a commitment and an investment that can take a while to pay off.

I remember buying our first home and then moving into our forever home. There really isn’t anything else like it. It’s a sense of accomplishment, overwhelming happiness and excitement to lay down some roots. I know we were stoked!

Spring and summer are two of the most popular seasons to buy a home and while choosing a lender for a mortgage can sometimes be tricky, CIBC may be able to help.  CIBC is currently offering a low 9 month introductory mortgage rate followed by a great ongoing rate.

The offer includes various options including a fixed rate closed mortgage plan that allows you to know what your mortgage payment will be, even if interest rates are changing monthly.  Buyers are able to prepay up to 10% of the original mortgage amount every year and can increase your payment amount whenever you want.

Just a heads up, this offer is available to buyers that are applying for select fixed rate mortgages or those renewing their existing mortgage and all applications need to be submitted by June 30th.

CIBC has created a way for buyers, like you, to receive personalized advice and mortgage information at any time.  The Mobile Mortgage Advisors are available to meet with you anywhere at any time to help lock in a great rate on a mortgage.

Mortgage Advice That Comes to You!

They even started a Mobile Mortgage Bar that has travelled to open houses to provide homebuyers with answers as they are looking at houses.  This is so helpful if you are unsure if you are looking for houses in the correct price range for your budget. Check out the video above with two of my favorite characters, Percy Penguin and Scott McGillivray.

The Mortgage Mobile Advisors are trained to give homebuyers the information they need in as stress free of a way as possible.  They are never going to pressure you to make a decision immediately.  They only want to share the benefits of a CIBC mortgage, which include a guaranteed 120 day hold on the preapproved mortgage rate, funding for unexpected costs and mortgage insurance. Another great type of insurance would be commercial property insurance to make sure everything is covered in case of an emergency.
