Air Fryer Boneless Buffalo Wings!
With T-fal ActiFry 2 in 1.
Don’t give up your favorite foods, make them healthy with ActiFry! Cooking for my family, I try to make meals that are not only flavorful but, good for you. That often means that we have to give up our favorite foods or have them on a treat basis. My family and I are suckers for a good chicken wing, while I love the traditional, everyone in our family loves boneless wings. The spicier the better!
A healthy deep fryer?
You got that right. ActiFry will change your perception of how food can be cooked. The way it works will blow your mind and you’ll be able to make delicious homemade favorites that are low-fat and versatile. It’s a multi-cooker, allowing you to cook two things at once. You will see the magic happen with its pulsating heat system and stirring paddle.
I did mention that the ActiFry has a 2.2 lbs capacity, right? This versatile multi-cooker lets you make 2.2 pounds of healthy and tasty homemade recipes using only one tablespoon of oil. ONE. That completely blows my mind and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the results. Who doesn’t love perfectly crispy fries or beef cooked to order? For more information on how the ActiFry works, you can find it, here.
ActiFry achieves remarkable results, thanks to an innovative, patented design and technology. Features include a removable ceramic-coated, non-stick pan, a transparent steam-free lid, pulsating heat technology and an automatic stirring paddle which ensures even distribution of oil in each meal prepared. This gorgeous machine comes in two colors, black and white. I received the black to try out and I was super stoked to try it out.
Savory Potato Wedges

- Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut potatoes in half and then proceed to cut potatoes into quarters or wedges.
- Add potatoes to bowl.

- Use the ActiFry measuring spoon, pour 1 TBSP over potatoes, start the ActiFry and time for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prep and Cook.
It’s that simple. I prepped my boneless chicken breasts and potatoes for the ActiFry. The ActiFry features a timer, which can be set for up to 99 minutes. Simply place the ingredients in the non-stick pan, close the lid, set the timer and switch your ActiFry on. Being a busy mom on-the-go, business owner and wife–I need all the help I can get. To be able to do an easy prep and walk away to do something else is absolutely beneficial.
I wanted to make a meal that is a family favorite but, I didn’t want the added calories that it brings with it. Only using 1 tablespoon of olive oil for enough food for 6 people, well, that speaks volumes. The boneless wings also make excellent school entrees, you can pack them plain and send them with their favorite dipping sauce.
See It In Action!
Cooking your favorite food is super easy. You can cook beef, chicken, and fish and the ActiFry has a specific setting for each. The lid can be opened during cooking at a push of a button. The ActiFry has a Non-Stick Removable Pan and uses a removable ceramic coated non-stick pan that is PTFE and PFOA free. Not to mention, they are dishwasher safe! The food slowly revolves around the nonstick basin while an integrated paddle automatically turns and mixes ingredients, seasoning, and oil to ensure even cooking.
Cajun On Fire!
If you like spicy food, this dish is for you! It is one of my favorite dishes, if you ask my husband, he’ll tell you that I would eat this every day if I could. Sadly, my waistline would not approve. But, now with the ActiFry, I am able to make a healthier option that I can have more often. They are Cajun flavored boneless bite and tossed in hot sauce. Served with potato wedges and a side of blue cheese, you can also add carrot or celery sticks.
