I guess I wasn’t the only one who had these very thoughts! Disney Pixar has created one of the most heartwarming movies to date.

All Your Emotions.
I took my girls to watch this movie on a girl’s night. They absolutely loved it, especially Sadness and Disgust. I particularly loved the story because as much as happiness and joy is essential in life and everyday situations, you do need all of the other emotions to help you make the right decisions.
Mimi was convinced that I was sadness, Gabby was Joy and she was Disgust. I have to say, I am completely okay with being Sadness after we finished watching the movie. You’ll love it because it is unique, it mostly takes place inside of 11-year-old Riley’s head who just moved from Minnesota to San Francisco. What happens on the outside is pretty normal tween stuff, she gives attitude to her parents, she doesn’t do well at a hockey try-out and she misses “home”. All of this is normal stuff but, as well all know from going through it, it can cause a lot of inner turmoil.
This movie is all about how we deal with emotions. Life isn’t always rainbows and unicorns, sometimes it requires a lot more so that we can successfully survive it and learn from it.
This movie makes a great gift for kids and any big kids who love Disney Pixar. This is one for the collection!

Our kids just loved the movie but I was not a fan. I found it too gloomy.
I loved how it teaches kids about the reality of our emotions.
I am watching this movie for the first time tonight 🙂 cant wait!

I have not seen this yet but have heard many good comments about it,my granddaughter has this on her |C|hristmas list,so i guess we will watch it over the holidays
