Forget Frozen Pizza Dough: Domino’s Now Has Handmade Pan Pizzas in 5, 000 US Stores!

The Proof is in the Tasting with Domino’s Handmade Pan Pizzas!

On days that are hectic and there literally is no time to cook or if we are in Michigan and want to treat the girls, a great choice is always pizza. We often pick it up and picnic at a nearby park or we bring it home. After a long day shopping the malls in Michigan, well, we build up an appetite and don’t necessarily want to cook when we get home. I’m super excited to learn and to share this news with all of my lovely American friends!

Domino’s launched what Americans have been asking for–a crispy golden crust with a great buttery taste – and most importantly, handmade from fresh, never-frozen dough. On September 24th, handmade pan pizzas made their debut in over 5, 000 stores in the US.

“There is a standard out there for pan pizza that we realized could be better,” said Patrick Doyle, Domino’s
Pizza president and chief executive officer. “The reason most people buy a pan pizza is for the crust, and that
key component should be fresh, never frozen. But what we think ultimately doesn’t matter; I’d encourage
customers to taste for themselves.”

So, you can head out and try a medium two-topping Handmade Pan Pizzas for $7.99 each! That is tremendous value and having tried both American and Canadian Domino’s Pizza, it sure is delicious. Here in Canada we have hand-tossed, deep dish and thin crust! I can’t wait to try the pan pizza next time we are in Michigan!

Domino’s is proud to expand and reinvent their menu and to give their loyal customers what they are yearning for. A new Pizza offers fresh alternative to frozen dough! Like Doyle said, “The proof is in the tasting with this one, and we can’t wait for our fans and customers to give our new Handmade Pan Pizza a try.”

I can’t wait to try it myself!

Will you take Domino’s challenge and be the judge yourself? For more information or to arrange a delivery, head on over to Domino’s!
