Reasons Why You Need an Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System!
I always make sure that the health of my family comes first. With all the research and technology on the market that caters to a healthy lifestyle, there are many steps that I take to ensure we are living our best healthy lives.
To me, a healthy lifestyle encompasses far more than just the food we eat, or the exercise we get. In fact, a healthy lifestyle can also come down to the air that we breathe. Considering that my family and I suffer from allergies, it is very important to me that the air my family is breathing is clean and healthy.
Taking this into consideration, I made sure to look into getting an air purifier as soon as possible since our older one had run its course. I had the great opportunity to try and test out the new Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System.
If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that we love a comfortable home and I introduced you guys to the Atmosphere Sky. I promised that I’d let you know how it’s worked for our family and I always deliver. Plus, I’ve listed a few reasons why you may need this air treatment system too!
1. You Have Pets
We are definitely dog people and we have no issues sharing our home with our pups. Though, one thing that we didn’t consider was the effect that having animals has. While it is mostly positive, you’ll find that they produce dander. It is similar to human dandruff, and you might be allergic to it and not even know it. Over time, dander can build up and irritate your allergies.
If you have pets and find that the air in your home is stuffy, it’s a good time to start considering getting yourself the air treatment system like the Atmosphere Sky. Especially because it has a HEPA filter that can remove up to 99.99% of contaminants. This includes pet dander. Also, the Atmosphere Sky’s pre-filter helps to catch hair and other large airborne fibers.
Plus, we can often become “nose blind” to the odors pets tend to exude. Having an air filter that has a carbon filter helps to neutralize those smells. Believe me, your guests will thank you for it!
2. You Have Kids
Let’s face it, kids bring home all kinds of germs and spread them out into the air. The Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System removes more than 130 contaminants, including up to 99.99% of airborne contaminant particles as small as .007 microns. This means you can rest easy knowing that those germs aren’t contaminating your air.
3. You Cook
No one wants to admit when their house doesn’t smell good. However, it happens to the best of us. Cooking can produce strong odors, especially when cooking something like fish or frying something in oil. These scents can linger and stink up the air in your home.
Thankfully, the Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System can help eliminate all the odors in the air that result from cooking, leaving your home smelling fresh and clean. It does this with the help of Intelliflow, a 3-stage filtration system and particle sensor. It continuously monitors room air quality when the unit is on, so you’ll know if your latest kitchen masterpiece has affected the air in your home.
4. You or Someone in Your Home Has Allergies
Allergens are not just found outdoors; in fact, there are many allergens that can be found floating around your home – which is bad news for those with allergies. This means year-round symptoms. Luckily, the Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment system removes 99.99% of them with its 3-stage filtration system:
1. The Pre-filter catches large, airborne hairs and fibers.
2. The HEPA filter removes allergens, mold, bacteria, asbestos and fungi from the air.
3. The Carbon Filter reduces Formaldehyde, ozone and dioxin as well as odors.
5. You Have Trouble Breathing
If you can’t breathe well, it’s a sign that you may need to make some changes. The air you’re breathing in may be full of pollutants and thereby hindering your ability to breathe properly. Something as simple as an air purifier can help clear the air and make breathing easier.
6. You Want to Stay Connected to Your Air Quality
With the Atmosphere Connect App, you can stay connected to your Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System in order to monitor and manage the air inside your home, even when you aren’t there! You can use the app as a remote control to turn the unit on or off, change the mode and fan speed or check the air quality. The app also allows you to see the history of your indoor air quality as well as the status of your unit and filter life.
Our Experience with the Atmosphere Sky
I’ve found that I can breathe easier in my home. I’m not dealing with a dry mouth and nose like I used to. I’m also not sneezing as much. Since I have a great love for technology, and have been working to make our home into a smart home, using the app to connect to the Atmosphere Sky has been amazing. It’s our latest addition to helping us take control of our home right down to the air we breathe.
Just as important is the fact that it isn’t loud. Since it’s a larger unit, I was afraid that it’d be really noisy. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it is. It was a bit heavy for me to pick up and move, but Darasak was able to move it with no issue. It’s also a sleek-looking unit and can easily suit any home’s style and decor. Since it covers 468 square feet, I know that one of our larger living spaces is covered. That makes me happy.
It’s Built Well
I like that the pre-filter is washable, so if it gets full of hair or other icky things, I can simply wash it. The other filters have a really good lifespan and replacing the filters is definitely affordable. Especially if it will mean that my family is healthier, I’m willing to continue to purchase these filters.
Since it has 5 speeds, I can adjust it as I need to. For example, this works well when I’ve just fried some bacon and the strong smell is in the air. I grab my phone and adjust the speed and in no time, the quality of the air is back to where it should be.
As far as Gabby and Mimi, I am happy to say that it’s already the second month of school and they’ve been breathing better. Allergy season tends to last until mid-November here and that usually means sniffly, sneezy and unhappy girls with itchy eyes. They’ve been pretty good and only Mimi has had a bit of the sniffles, but otherwise, so much better than last year. I can’t say for certain that the addition of the Atmosphere Sky is solely and directly the reason why but, I can tell you that it has definitely helped to alleviate her symptoms.
Invest in the Air You Breathe!
The Atmosphere Sky defends against unseen threats, removing the smallest impurities and even the slightest odors. It’s powerful, effective and energy-efficient. The best part is that it is smart; it automatically adjusts its performance to meet your home’s standards. As soon as it detects a change, it starts working to eliminate any invader in the air. It is continually at work, at any time of the day, whether you are home or not. It ensures that the air your family breathes is safe.
For me, that’s the most important thing. I know that I can help my family live a healthy life by eating well and encouraging exercise, but now I can help them breathe quality air as well. To me, that’s worth investing in.
If you have gone back and forth on deciding if you need an air purifier in your life, I hope you consider the Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System. Having such a capable air purifier in your home will change the way you live and breathe. If you have quality air, you will have an increased quality of life.
I know that we will continue to invest in our air and look forward to a much cleaner and purer fall and winter season. Next year’s allergy season? Look out!
Have you ever considered getting an air treatment system?
