Crayola Colour Alive & Virtual Products.
They are amazing.
Now, they may look like just ordinary books to you but, haven’t you been told to never judge a book by its cover? Well, this is one of those instances. There are four different Colour Alive books and let me tell you, I was even more excited to see technology and traditional colouring books come together in a way that I only ever imagined, well, in my imagination!
Bring Your Art to Life.
It’s fairly simple and just as fun as coloring any book. The Colour Alive books come with 6 markers and you can open along the perforation and store to use again and again.
My girls are very artistic and can spend hours coloring or drawing. They especially love Crayola products and when they got to test out Colour Alive, they were stoked! Mimi began coloring her favorite picture and we simply downloaded the app and we were good to go. I don’t think she knew what was in store just yet!
From Out of A Page…
And onto your screen. Your creation literally comes to live and get this, it’s exactly how you colored it. Mimi was blown away to see her doll colored in just the way she did on her page. I was flabbergasted and amazed! I kept saying how I would have loved this growing up and how I am happy that I can share this with them.
The characters move and you can interact by taking photos with them and sharing with your friends. The dragon in the book comes to life and flies and Barbie here, plays with her dog! It is truly amazing!
More About Colour Alive:
Each action colouring page character has its own unique animation within the app that kids can activate by tapping on their phones or tablets. When children are done colouring the 16 included pages, they can print additional action colouring pages from the app.
Colour Alive app is compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows devices. It is available on the App Store, Google play, and the Windows Store for FREE. For specific device compatibility, visit Crayola.com/AppCheck.
