Disney’s Aladdin: Diamond Edition NOW Available on Digital HD and Blu-Ray Combo!

Disney's Aladdin

Disney’s Aladdin.

I can’t even tell you enough how excited I was about this when it came out. I remember my Mom taking my sister and I to watch this movie in the theatres when it came out. She bought us popcorn and these huge plastic cups filled with soda and a big Genie head on top as a lid. Memories I can never forget, not to mention, the movie was just as spectacular!

When it came out on VHS, my parents gifted it to us and don’t judge me when I say that I still have it in VHS stored away. It has gotten years of use. It is one of my favorite Disney movies and to hear it is out of the vault, I can’t wait to watch this with the girls!

Aladdin and Jasmine

A Great Story.

You have to love a great love story, especially when the under dog wins. What you’ll love about this new edition is that you can really see a difference. The HD makes the colors more vibrant and the characters really shine! Not to mention, Genie Outtakes, if you love Robin Williams–you’ll love this!

Extras:
  • The Genie Outtakes
  • Aladdin: Creating Broadway Magic
  • Unboxing Aladdin
  • Genie 101
  • Ron & John: You Ain’t Never Had a Friend Like Me
  • Deleted Songs
  • Deleted Scenes

I have to admit, the Genie is what made the movie! He is one of my fave characters and the humor is what makes this movie a classic. You also can’t help but relate to the “Street Rat” Aladdin and the pressures Jasmine faced. Let’s not forget the lovable Abu and the hate to love Iago.

Will you be picking up a copy?

Let me know, til then–cheers m’deres!
