I absolutely love juice, I don’t often have it because I worry about the calorie intake, excessive sugar and lord knows what else goes into most fruit juices. We also want to choose options that compliment not replace water or dairy-based beverages. I make sure that what I purchase for my family contains no artificial flavors and no artificial colours, and SunRype falls into that category. But, they’ve taken it to another level that fits PERFECTLY with my family’s lifestyle.

When I had the chance to try out the NEW SunRype Frullo fruit blends after having found out how awesome they are, well, I was stoked. It’s sweetened with Stevia. In our house, we don’t use sugar, we use stevia in everything. This is a huge plus because it’s low-calorie but, doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners at all. Not to mention, it doesn’t contain artificial flavours or colours and no added sugar. Plus it’s gluten-free. At 50 calories per serving, it’s delicious refreshment that I can feel good about for the whole family and completely guilt-free when I drink it.

Frullo Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

A delicious, thick and nutrition-packed smoothie for the whole family!


  • 4 cups approx. 32 oz of SunRype Frullo Strawberry and Banana juice.
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries.
  • 1 sliced frozen banana.
  • 3/4 pre-frozen greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup of ice if you are using fresh fruit.
  • Blender.
  • Strawberry to garnish.


  1. Add frozen fruit and yogurt to blender.
  2. Pour 4 cups of SunRype Frullo Strawberry and Banana.
  3. Garnish if you are feeling fancy!
  4. Blend, pour and enjoy.

  6. I'm not a huge pop person and I've noticed after excessive water intake juice is just too sweet for me. Smoothies on the other hand are perfect AND healthy 🙂

    1. This juice is very lightly sweetened, you would love it. I, too, find juices too sweet but, not this one!

  7. Definitely love that this juice is sweetened with Stevia!! That is the only sweetner that I use!! I have never heard of this juice but will definitely be giving it a try!!
