The Ultimate Thrills Circus!

Everyone loves the feeling that overcomes you when you visit the circus. The thrills, the excitement and the awe-inspiring tricks and theatrics brings us back to our youth. The same look of wonder in our kids eyes too is what makes the circus so magical. This summer, head to Canada’s Wonderland to see the Ultimate Thrills Circus. It’s the circus like you’ve never seen it before!

We love visiting Canada’s Wonderland with our girls. Not only is it fun, it’s nostalgic. In fact, Darasak grew up enjoying the park since he was a child since he lived in Woodbridge. On the other hand, my family and I grew up making the drive up and taking in the park.

There was always the excitement of the rides and coasters, the challenge of  trying your luck and winning a prize by playing games and of course, the entertainment. Canada’s Wonderland always has something going on and when I heard that they were hosting it in their International Showplace, I was thrilled.

Be Ready for Thrills!

The show start daily beginning July 26th until August 18th at 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. You can expect to never have a dull moment. It’s perfect for all ages and has just the kind of edge-of-seat thrills we all crave.

When we walked into the auditorium, we couldn’t contain our excitement. The chatter of all the kids made the excitement that much more palpable. The performers showcased their extreme thrills with a Globe of Death, the Wheel of Destiny and so many more tricks that will leave you wanting more.

Don’t Be Afraid.

While clowns may not be everyone’s cup of tea, you have nothing to fear when it comes to Renaldo the Clown. He’s hilarious and has quite the sense of humor. He will keep you entertained until the final minutes of the show and he definitely makes sure that you aren’t bored for not even one second!

Ultimate Thrills Indeed!

The day was absolutely perfect, we caught the 3:00 PM show and it was a nice break from the sun under the pavilion. We had front row seats and were so excited for the show to start. The show was incredible, I think my favorite parts was seeing the Great Saturn shoot out from his cannon and the air silks acrobatics. It always amazes me that they are able to do such incredible things. 

You’ll be able to watch the Globe of Death, Wheel of Destiny, Comedy Trampoline and the Human Cannonball. There were so many times that I literally gasped at the feats that they conquered. Also some moments where I screamed because they are great at what they do and they tease you with close calls. 

The girls were astounded when Saturn literally flew right over our heads. We looked up and he flew through the air above us. It was insane!

Enjoy the Park!

From the moment we got in the park, we were already having fun! We watched divers take leap and dive from the Canada’s Wonderland iconic mountain. It was unbelievable! If you look at the pictures above, you’ll see the divers leaping into the water below.

Thrill After Thrill.

After the show, we decided to enjoy the park and get even more thrills. We went on almost all of the coasters, the lines were pretty good and we didn’t have to wait very long. Dara and I took turns riding with Gabby and thankfully, the overcast day made for waiting in line a breeze.

Endless Fun!

The sun decided to grace us again and to cool off we decided to ride the Leviathan and then head over to cool off on Timberwolf Falls. Let me tell you, prepared to get soaked! See that water in the air at the bridge? Well, what goes up, must come down but, it is amazing! One of our favorites that we went on TWICE. 

The coasters definitely get your adrenaline going! I’ve always loved coasters but, let me tell you… I’m more afraid these days but, it makes it that much more thrilling. 

Planet Snoopy!

Mimi enjoyed the Planet Snoopy and Kidsville. There really is nothing like the joy of going round and round on a carousel. While Gabby craved the adrenaline rush that only a coaster can produce, she did enjoy the classics like the carousel and bumper cars. 

That’s why I love Canada’s Wonderland, they have plenty to do for all ages. Little kids, tweens, teens and even grandparents. They’ll enjoy the grounds, the games, watching the kids and maybe even some of them will love a coaster or too. Plus, the circus is in town, err, in park and everyone will love that!
