Collective Bias is Sending Me to BlogHer Food ’14!

I am super excited that I will be headed down to the Sunshine State for my FIRST BlogHer Food conference! I cannot wait! It’s going to be what I hope an educational, palate tantalizing, skill honing foodie’s dream! I decided to go to BlogHer Food, well, because I am a self-proclaimed foodie and gastronome. I appreciate different flavors, I love cooking, baking and entertaining. While I am not a straight-out food blogger, I certainly love sharing my favorite recipes with YOU guys!

Well, with that said, this opportunity is being made possible because of Collective Bias. They are a pretty cool publishing network that helps connect brands with bloggers. They establish that relationship and engagement and growth erupts for both parties. I have been a member of Social Fabric since 2012 and I’ve only ever had the pleasure of creating great content while working with brands that I’ve always loved and used. I’ve even been introduced to many new ones through this relationship.

About Collective Bias:

Collective Bias is a publisher of high-quality, user-generated content that drives sales for brands and retailers. In 2013, CB ran over 150 advertising programs for brands and retailers creating over 700,000 pieces of content, generating over 2.8 billion impressions and influencing natural search results to help drive measurable sales focused on category growth, new product launches, in-store demos and seasonal events.

Get Creative.

Above, you’ll be able to see just a few of my favorite campaigns that I did with Social Fabric. Being a Social Fabric member, I’ve had amazing opportunities that are not only fun (since most of them require that you go out shopping) but, ones that have helped me grow into a better writer, photographer and blogger.

I have grown a lot since I first joined but, I believe that I’ve improved. I love that I am able to endorse awesome companies, all while providing great and interesting content to my readers–because that’s who matter most!

I was even on their Collective Bias Canadian Advisory Board that catered to bringing more Canadians to the network and to answer any questions that members had.

Be sure to check out Collective Bias and Social Fabric and consider becoming a member if you are a writer or blogger who is looking to create great content, try new products and services and share it with the world.

Miami, Here I Come!

I do hope that you can join me during BlogHer Food ’14! I am aspiring to learn more about cuisine, expanding my palate and the ways that I can bring the whole process together and be able to share it effectively on my site and through social media. I am hoping to be able to create even better SoFab recipes soon.

At BlogHer Food, there will be live demonstrations, city excursions, educational break-out sessions and time to mingle with Sponsors like South Walton, Canadian Lentils, Kitchen Aid, Microsoft and so much more!

Thank-you so much to Collective Bias and Social Fabric for making it possible for me to attend. I will be sharing everything I learned and experienced when I get back! Follow #BlogHerFood & #BlogHerFoodWI on Twitter and IG to see my adventure!

Are you a foodie and do you love sharing recipes?

Let me know, til then–cheers m’deres!
