Super-Easy Green Smoothie Recipe
A green smoothie a day keeps the bad vibes away. At least that is how I feel! I’m not a big breakfast person so, I prefer to drink my breakfast most days.
Even the kids love this green smoothie. I have a similar kid-friendly recipe in my new cookbook, “How to Cookbook for Kids: 50 Easy Recipes to Learn the Basics,” but with a twist, mint!

What’s In It?
I’ve been adding Teami’s Wellness Protein in Vanilla and it’s seriously upping my green smoothie game. It tastes so good and it isn’t chalky and blends perfectly. ⠀

- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1/2 lime
- 1 scoop Teami vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 sliced banana (frozen is optional)
- 1/4 cup destemmed kale
- 1/4 cup baby spinach
- water to top off
Place all the ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth, and enjoy.
