Reese’s Pieces Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
When it comes cookies, peanut butter just makes them better. Now if you add Reese’s Pieces, you’re winning.

This is an incredibly easy recipe and one that I hope will soon become a favourite!
Read on for the step-by-step instructions and let me know how you like them.

Things you will need:
- 1 stick butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup instant oats
- 1 cup a/p flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 cup Reece’s Pieces
Yields: 12-18 cookies


Step 1:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter, both sugars and eggs until creamy.
Add peanut butter, oats, flour and baking powder. Mix together until all ingredients are well-combined.

Step 2:
Add Reece’s Pieces and carefully fold into batter. Seriously, I add a little more because I love them!

Step 3:
Use an ice cream scoop to drop cookie batter onto the lined cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 10-13 minutes and allow to cool before serving.

Notes
