Everyone Needs A Day Off Once in Awhile, Watch How BMO Surprised 1 of Their Customers. #BMOdayoff #HelpGiven
Help Given.
When you are a small business owner, I can tell you that you don’t take days off. At least not without consequence. I often say that I work 60+ hours a week so that I don’t have to work seven 8 hours days for someone else.
It requires a lot of time, energy and dedication. As much as I am passionate about what I do and how I truly enjoy it, I make sure to balance out my work and if I need it, I take a day off and play catch up later.
It is the reason why I can definitely relate to Arash, an entrepreneur that never takes a day off. BMO’s #HelpGiven video, Arash’s Day Off, is a tear-jerker and in a good way!
Get Your Tissues.
How awesome is this? I love a bank that truly see you as a part of their life, a friend and not just a customer. To see an entire group of branch managers get together to give Arash a day off was amazing.
BMO checked him in to a hotel in Toronto and I truly hope he enjoyed his day and relaxed because he deserves it! Not to mention, it was great for him to return to the news that they sold over 400 sandwiches and his business had its best day to date!
To make sure that the help BMO provided lasted beyond just one day, they connected Arash with a small business banker to support him with business planning and solutions and provided shock-absorbent mats to outfit his workplace.
Though they selected Arash this time, BMO said there may be a chance of doing it again in the future. So, stay tuned!
I think BMO most definitely proved their commitment to their customers and their employees really put the “we” in “We’re Here to Help.”
What did you think about the video?
Let me know, til then–cheers m’deres!
