Our Stay with Global Resort Homes at Windsor Hills: A Gorgeous Home Away From Home. #globalresorts
Global Resort Homes at Windsor Hills Are Amazing!
In the beginning of the year and earlier this month, we stayed in Kissimmee, Florida and we spent an entire week in a Global Resort Home. Our home for the week was 2512 Archfeld Blvd. and let me tell you, it is absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous.
Hubby and I had just renewed our vows a week prior and after having spent almost a week at the parks, we were ready for some R&R and a less hectic and much more comfortable and private atmosphere.
If you aren’t familiar with Global Resort Homes, I mentioned them just before we left, here. But, if you already know Global Resort Homes, you may be familiar with their top notch services that they have offered for over 20 years in managing over 300 properties.
That’s right, 300 properties.
So, there’s plenty to choose from!
Our group of 8 arrived on a Friday to Windsor Hills, since it’s a gated community–you needed to sign into the gates. The security officers were so pleasant and helpful and in minutes we were registered and ready to go to our house. The community itself is immaculate and so well taken care of, there is no shortage of beautiful scenery, landscaping and palm trees in Windsor Hills.
Let’s Take a Tour!
Perfect for groups!
2512 Archfeld Blvd. is perfect for groups, family reunions and large families. The house boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gorgeous pool, game room and more! With 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, you can bet that you won’t be bumping shoulders in this house!
We came in and we were blown away at the regal decor and how comfortable the house felt as a soon as you walked in. There were two main sitting spaces, this is the front living room and there is another sitting space with full out leather recliners and a large flat screen TV.
Relaxation.
When we had visitors, we sat in the front living room and when we are all just lounging after a swim or having a snack–the leather coach recliners is where you’d find us most of the time. The TV was great and the girls watched their favorite DVD’s and their favorite channels. Us adults particularly enjoyed kicking our feet back and reclining without a care in the world! After all, isn’t that what vacation is ALL about?
Ready to eat?
The house has a beautiful dining room that seats 6 people, after dining out and eating on the go at the parks and resort–it was awesome to be able to have the option to sit down and have a warm, home-cooked meal at any time!
Memories.
We had our family from St. Pete’s come over, eat, swim and just reconnect. Having the space and room to accommodate everyone comfortably was amazing. My mother hadn’t seen her sister in over 20 years and they were both over the moon to reunite. The girls got to connect with their cousin and were inseparable their entire stay, they played in their own room, watched TV, came out for snacks, went swimming and just had a great time! My siblings and I were able to spend time with our cousins and Aunts and it was such a good time!
Full Home Amenities!
Hubby and I and my brother and sister went to the parks 2 out of the 7 days while staying at Global Resort Homes and just eating breakfast at home, alone, saved us big bucks. Not to mention that we were literally minutes away, we just drove out to the main roads, followed the signs and we were already in the parks.
Prior to staying at 2512 Archfeld Blvd. we had stayed at one of the resorts. While staying in a Disney resort is a great experience, there’s nothing like having the feel of home away from home with plenty of space to unwind and recharge for the next day.
Plus, Global Resort Homes has partnered with Kissimmee Guest Services and offers Walt Disney World Tickets and other local attractions with a trusted source. Windsor Hills also offers shuttle services to and from the parks.
Space.
And plenty of it.
With a breakfast bar and breakfast nook, there was plenty of room for all of us to eat. With an awesome, ice-making, double door fridge, a full stove and dishwasher and a blender and coffee maker–we were full equipped to make all of our meals.
There was also easy access to the pool and deck and even more seating! I ate breakfast by the pool almost everyday, I wanted to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather as much as I could!
There’s MORE!
I wanted to share with you guys my entire experience at Global Resort Homes because I am over the moon. Look out tomorrow for another post about this gorgeous property and where I laid my head for the week in Kissimmee, Florida!

Nancy, it looks like you stayed in a great place, thanks for the information! We went to Disney in December and rented a home privately. It was a really good experience, but we are open to trying something new!

This house was so comfortable and we all had our space. I much preferred the relaxation and privacy of the house opposed to the busy resorts! But, that's just me! I have so many cherished memories with my children, grandchildren as well as my wife and my wife's family in this home. Thank-you Global Resort Homes!
Thanks Daddy, it was definitely an experience that we will remember for always! Glad you loved the house! 🙂

I haven't stayed off site in a long time (mainly because we don't rent a vehicle when we are in Orlando) but seeing photos of this gorgeous home we may have to next time we visit! The furnishings and the space… incredible!!! Definitely can't find that on site without paying an arm and a leg.
