Introducing the Four Cheese Lasagne Spring Rolls!
We converted our delicious Four Cheese Lasagne Hamburger Helper® into hand-held appetizers. Apps that are perfect for dipping, a special after school treat or light dinner! You will have to stay tuned for my recipe post coming soon for the full step-by-step instructions to make your very own rolls.
Just in case you are wondering, we served the spring rolls with a spicy ranch dip and an entire plate adorned with different sauces and dressings to sample. The girls absolutely loved them and had fun trying different dips. I have to say as bizarre as it may sound to some, the blue cheese dip went perfectly with these rolls. For a more authentic Italian experience, I would also suggest a cheesy marinara!
