2. Use Crystals
Crystals are natural stones found in the earth, and there are many of them out there with various properties.
Some people like to meditate holding them or with them in their laps, while others like to keep them by their bedside or even in their bags/pockets.
To find the right crystal for you, you may like to go to a store and see which ones call out to you. Usually, the ones you are drawn to are the ones you need.
However, you may also like to look at the properties beforehand.

Eating the right foods will always be an important part of staying healthy. This doesn’t mean you can’t have the odd milkshake or pizza.
It just means you need to find a balance that works for you.
Try blessing your food before you eat it and saying thank you, too! You don’t have to be religious to do this, either.
4. Try Healthy Supplements
Supplements will never be a substitute for a healthy diet. There are a few out there that you may find assist you in your quest for healthy living.

Make sure you’re drinking at least 2 litres of water per day. This water should ideally come from a filter, rather than a tap or a bottle.
You can look at Berkey test results to get an idea of what you’re looking for.
You could even put your water in a crystal bottle – not only is this supposed to infuse your water with the energy of the crystals, but it also encourages you to drink because it looks pretty.

Tell yourself how your body is healing. Feel positive feelings as you say it.
You’re not ‘kidding’ yourself, you’re simply working on a new mindset and a new story. Eventually, this should rewire your brain and make a huge difference in your life.
EFT, called the Emotional Freedom Technique (and sometimes just ‘tapping), is a great way to further work on rewiring your brain.
It is designed to get rid of your old beliefs and replace them with new ones.
It can work for anxiety in moments and can help with long-term problems, too.
