I find the older that I’ve gotten, the more stiff my muscles get. My shoulders, back, knees and sometimes elbows can leave me wincing all day. I am a huge fan of Deep Relief’s Neck, Shoulder and Back pain relief and I am kind of embarrassed to admit how often I use it.
When Deep Relief released a new formula and pain relief aid, I was more than happy to give it a try! The cold weather has my knees acting up, sometime one wrong move causes them to twist and they can get really swollen. I used the Ice Cold Spray on my knee since my left knee was throbbing. If you can see pictured above, the spray goes on thin but, the formula penetrates deep. What I love is that it easily self-applied and I don’t have to bug my husband to apply it for me. You can feel the cooling effect right upon contact, it lasts long and relieves my pain. I prefer using these topical aids instead of opting to use other pain relief options.

we would use Deep Relief on our aching and sore muscles – my husband plays sports and is always hurting himself-my daughter has growing pains, and dances, so she is often stiff – I sometimes have a bad back or sore neck – this would really help!
